At Emptmeyer, we offer solutions for a wide variety of workpieces and requirements, whether for powder coating, wet painting or cathodic dip coating. For secure suspension and coating, we offer C- and S-shaped painting hooks made of S235 JR steel, available in round or square designs, flat or rotated by 90°. In addition, we offer tube and profile hooks as well as rim hooks, which enable even paint distribution thanks to minimal contact points. Our range is complemented by clamp hooks, adhesive hooks, clamps and spring clips, which are ideal for workpieces without holes or for fixing during immersion processes. Accessories such as eye bolts, threaded sleeves, rotating devices and locking hooks round off our range.
Custom hook manufacturing and special solutions
Our standard range does not always offer the optimal solution for your specific requirements. In these cases, we develop tailor-made hook and suspension systems under EMPTMEYER plus. Every year, we produce over 2,800 customised items that are precisely tailored to the geometry, weight and process conditions of our customers.
Individually manufactured hooks enable more efficient coating, better utilisation of the painting area and reduced throughput times. Whether one-off production or series production – with our CAD design, in-house prototyping, modern welding shop and precise CNC bending machines, we implement special solutions quickly and reliably.
We also adapt the geometry and load-bearing capacity of rotating devices or special suspension systems to your requirements. CE-certified painting hooks
Greater safety and quality for your painting process: our CE-certified painting hooks meet the highest standards of safety and reliability in industrial coating. They comply with the applicable CE directives, thereby ensuring safe use in painting and manufacturing facilities.
The CE mark confirms that our hooks comply with current safety standards and are regularly tested. Every CE-certified painting hook with a wire thickness of 6 mm or more is supplied with detailed operating instructions that include load types, permissible surface treatments and all safety-related information.
For hooks with a wire thickness of less than 6 mm, we issue a manufacturer's declaration in accordance with the Machinery Directive. These products are manufactured according to the same quality assurance procedures and meet the same technical requirements as CE-certified hooks – they only differ in their formal marking.
