Our caps provide reliable coverage for threaded bolts, axles, shafts, inch threads, flat pins, and tubes. They prevent paint or powder from penetrating and can be easily removed after the coating process. Thanks to their elastic, heat-resistant materials, the caps fit securely and tightly without damaging the components. All our caps are heat-resistant up to 315 °C and can therefore be used without issue in powder coating. Variants for liquid painting or combined coating processes round out the product range. Depending on the shape and dimensions, even complex contours can be covered with a precise fit.

If our standard products are insufficient or do not provide an optimal geometric fit for your components, we develop customized masking solutions through Emptmeyer Plus that are precisely tailored to the dimensions, contours, and process conditions of your components. We manufacture custom masking solutions from silicone, EPDM, FKM, and other heat-resistant materials. For complex geometries or short-term projects, we create prototypes using our 3D printers to quickly test and adjust molds before they enter series production.
