For our standard products, such as paint hooks, clamping hooks, hanging aids, masking materials and other accessories for industrial surface treatment, the following applies: Orders received by 1.00 pm on working days are usually dispatched on the same day. Within Germany, delivery is often made as early as the next working day.

Yes, for many of our standard products, you can order free samples directly via our online shop. This allows you, for example, to test paint hooks, hanging aids, masking products or other accessories in your specific application before purchasing, so you can see for yourself their quality, functionality and precise fit.

Ordering samples is free of charge. If you order samples only, we will not charge you any delivery costs either.

Placing an order is very simple:

1. Log in to our online shop.
2. Select the product you want.
3. In the product table, click on the sample icon next to the shopping basket symbol.
4. The product will be added to your shopping basket as a sample.
5. Complete your order as usual.

Please note that not all products are available as samples. You can see whether it is possible to order a sample directly on the relevant product page in our online shop.

There are various payment methods available for your order in our online shop:

1. Invoice:
   Pay the invoice amount at your convenience once you have received the goods.
2. Prepayment:
   You transfer the invoice amount in advance. The goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
3. PayPal:
   Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account.

No, you can only place an order via a customer account in our online shop.

Registration is quick and offers you a range of benefits. For example, you can manage your orders and delivery addresses, check the status of your orders, and shop more quickly when placing future orders. You can also order free samples quickly and easily via your customer account.

Creating a customer account is, of course, free of charge.

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, it is often possible to make changes or cancel it.

As we process and dispatch many orders (particularly items in stock) shortly after receiving them, we ask that you contact our team as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes or cancel your order.

We’ll immediately check the current processing status of your order and let you know which changes are still possible.

Yes, the minimum order value in our online shop is €50.00 per order.

Free sample orders are exempt from this. If you order samples only, there is no minimum order value. Furthermore, in this case, there are no delivery charges.

No, our online shop is aimed exclusively at commercial customers and businesses.

Our products are specifically designed for use in industrial surface treatment and are predominantly used by companies in the powder coating, wet painting and KTL coating sectors.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery region. The exact delivery charges will be displayed automatically during the ordering process before you complete your order.

Please note that no delivery charges apply to free sample orders that contain samples only.

This ensures that you always have a clear overview of the delivery charges.

Should you have any cause for a complaint, please contact our team as soon as possible. Please briefly describe your issue and, if possible, send us clear photos of the product in question or the delivery. This will enable us to review your issue quickly and find a suitable solution.

Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us containing a tracking link. You can use this to track the current status of your parcel online at any time and see when it is expected to arrive.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation or have any questions about your delivery, we will be happy to help.

Yes, individual prices can be set up for you in the online shop. If we have agreed customised prices with you, these will be displayed automatically in the online shop once you have logged in.

This means you can see the prices applicable to you at any time and place orders directly at your agreed terms.
