Our C- and S-shaped hooks are made of S235 JR steel and are available in round or square, flat or 90° twisted versions and in various sizes. Thanks to their precise machining and high stability, they ensure even paint distribution and secure fixation throughout the entire coating process.

Customised painting hooks
Our standard range does not always offer the ideal solution for your specific requirements. In such cases, we develop customised painting hooks under EMPTMEYER plus. Every year, we produce over 2,800 tailor-made items that are precisely matched to the geometry, weight and process conditions of our customers.
Custom-made hooks enable more efficient coating, better utilisation of the painting area and reduced throughput times. Whether one-off production or series production – with our CAD design, in-house prototyping, modern welding shop and precise CNC bending machines, we implement special solutions quickly and reliably. With our Emptmeyer hook configurator, you can quickly and easily request customised painting hooks online. Step by step, you select the desired shape (flat or rotated 90°, as well as C- or S-shaped) and the design in square or round. Then you specify the desired material.
In the next step, you enter the required dimensions, add any comments and enter the desired quantity. After entering your contact details, the enquiry is sent directly to our team. CE-certified painting hooks
Greater safety and quality for your painting process: our CE-certified painting hooks meet the highest standards of safety and reliability in industrial coating. They comply with the applicable CE directives, thereby ensuring safe use in painting and manufacturing facilities.
The CE mark confirms that our hooks comply with current safety standards and are regularly tested. Every CE-certified painting hook with a wire thickness of 6 mm or more is supplied with detailed operating instructions that include load types, permissible surface treatments and all safety-related information.
For hooks with a wire thickness of less than 6 mm, we issue a manufacturer's declaration in accordance with the Machinery Directive. These products are manufactured according to the same quality assurance procedures and meet the same technical requirements as CE-certified hooks – they only differ in their formal marking.
