Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH, headquartered in Bad Essen, has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing accessories for industrial surface treatment since 1987. Our product range includes painting hooks, painting racks, hanging aids, and heat-resistant masking materials for powder coating, wet painting, and KTL coating. As an owner-managed family business based in Lower Saxony, we supply paint shops and industrial companies in Germany and throughout Europe. More than half of our orders are custom-made products. Together with our customers, we develop suspension solutions, painting racks, and masking products that are precisely tailored to components, coating processes, and equipment.

Our in-house manufacturing, high inventory availability, technical consulting, and long-term framework agreements make us a long-term partner for many companies in the field of industrial surface technology.

In-House Design and Manufacturing for Maximum Flexibility

Whether it’s a standard product or a custom-made item—the majority of our products are manufactured in our own production facility at our Bad Essen location. This enables us to produce both proven mass-produced items and customer-specific solutions cost-effectively and with consistently high quality.

In 2025 alone, we produced over 60 million paint hooks. In addition, we manufacture countless racks, clamping hooks, and hanging aids for our customers in Germany and Europe.

The close collaboration between design and manufacturing enables us to streamline processes and make quick decisions. This allows us to implement and bring new developments to market swiftly.

Lagerhalle

Same-day shipping—thanks to over 22 million items in stock

With more than 22 million items in stock and over 3,100 pallet storage spaces, we lay the foundation for a reliable supply to our customers. This allows us to keep our standard products in stock for you at all times.

Orders received by 1:00 p.m. are typically shipped the same day. This means you’ll often receive your goods as early as the next business day.

Customized solutions for demanding coating processes

More than half of our orders are custom-made. This shows that many customers come to us not just for a standard product, but because they need a customized solution for their coating processes.

With a ten-person design team, as well as our in-house prototyping and manufacturing facilities, we develop hanging solutions, painting racks, and masking systems that are precisely tailored to our customers’ components, coating processes, and equipment. This results in solutions that optimize processes, reduce scrap, and improve coating results.

As a development partner, we support our customers from the initial idea through to the finished solution.

Personal consultation right at your facility

Good solutions are born where they are used. That’s why our field service representatives consult with our customers directly on-site—both throughout Germany and in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland. Together, we examine components, processes, and plant conditions to identify or develop the right suspension or masking solution. This results in practical solutions that can be optimally integrated into existing coating processes.
