Our masking products cover a wide range of applications—from simple masking tasks to complex contours and hard-to-reach areas. These include heat-resistant masking tapes such as our green polyester tape, precision-cut circles and adhesive discs, as well as durable round cords, tubes, and masking sheets. For covering holes or threads, we offer an extensive selection of plugs—including conical plugs, metric plugs, multi tapered plugs, and flangeless plugs. In addition, we carry many differently shaped and heat-resistant caps. Our discs and adhesive dots are available in various materials, including magnetic discs and discs with handles for easy handling. All products are designed for high resistance to temperature, chemicals, and mechanical stress.
Applications & Materials

Our masking products withstand high temperatures, reliably protect specific areas, and can be easily removed after coating.

At Emptmeyer Plus, we develop customized masking solutions when our extensive range of standard products cannot provide you with the optimal solution. To this end, we manufacture custom-made masking solutions from materials such as silicone, EPDM, or FKM, taking into account the temperature resistance, material elasticity, and specific geometry of your component. With our 3D printers, we can also produce small batches and prototypes on short notice.
