This polyamide masking tape (adhesive tape) is a thin, heat-resistant specialty tape designed for precise masking work in industrial surface coating applications.
With a thickness of just 0.06 mm, the tape is particularly well-suited for applications where fine contours, edges, and sensitive areas need to be neatly defined. At the same time, the polyamide backing ensures high dimensional stability even at elevated temperatures.
Thanks to the combination of polyamide and a silicone adhesive layer, the masking tape is heat-resistant up to 260 °C and is ideally suited for use in powder coating, wet painting, and the KTL process.
The tape is available in 33-meter rolls and is offered as a standard product in 19 different widths. In addition, custom widths ranging from 2 mm to 500 mm are available upon request.
