Product Description

The green discs with tabs (adhesive dots) are heat-resistant polyester masking elements designed for the precise coverage of holes, surfaces, and defined areas in industrial surface coating.
Their round shape allows for clean and precise masking of specific areas. The integrated tab makes it easier to remove the discs after the coating process and ensures more efficient handling, especially when dealing with large quantities.
The combination of a polyester backing and a silicone adhesive layer ensures reliable adhesion during the coating process. With a temperature resistance of up to 220 °C, the discs are suitable for applications in powder coating, wet painting, and the KTL process.
The discs are available from stock in various standard sizes. Custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.
