Wire processing at Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH is a central component of our manufacturing operations in Bad Essen. As a manufacturer of wire-formed parts and suspension solutions for industrial surface technology, we develop and produce both standard products and custom solutions in-house. Thanks to a combination of many years of experience, state-of-the-art machinery, and flexible manufacturing structures, we are able to efficiently meet a wide variety of requirements.

Versatile In-House Manufacturing

The diversity of our manufacturing is characterized by an exceptional range of products. Our portfolio includes more than 60,000 different items, designed to meet a wide variety of requirements and applications in industrial coating. This breadth is the result of continuous development, practical design, and close collaboration with customers from a wide range of industries. A key advantage of our manufacturing lies in our ability to process a wide variety of materials. Depending on the application, we use materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, spring steel, and others. Material selection is tailored to the specific requirements and takes into account factors such as mechanical strength, temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, and chemical influences during the coating process. This results in solutions that are functional, durable, and optimally suited to their intended use.

      bending radii on request)

Machinery and Manufacturing Processes

The machinery in our wire processing division is specifically designed to meet the requirements of flexible manufacturing. We use modern CNC bending machines, manual bending machines, and straightening equipment, which allow us to precisely produce a variety of geometries and wire gauges. This combination ensures high dimensional accuracy and consistent quality throughout all stages of production.
The close integration of design, manufacturing, and quality assurance results in robust and practical solutions that can be reliably integrated into industrial coating processes.

Decades of Manufacturing Experience

Emptmeyer’s technical expertise in the manufacture of coating hooks dates back to 1969. Even before the company was officially founded in 1987, company founder Jürgen Emptmeyer had already gained extensive practical knowledge in the production of suspension solutions for industrial coating. Since Emptmeyer’s founding, this knowledge has been continuously refined and systematically integrated into our production processes. The resulting understanding of requirements, loads, and operating conditions continues to shape the design of our products to this day and ensures their consistently high quality.
