Our CAD design for precise solutions in surface technology
In the CAD design department at Jürgen Emptmeyer GmbH, technical ideas are transformed into practical and reliable solutions. Our design department operates a total of nine modern CAD workstations and consists of an experienced team of designers specializing in applications in industrial surface technology.
We use SolidWorks as our design software. With it, we create both simple 2D and complex 3D designs that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of the coating process. From the initial idea through the design phase to the finished solution, we support the entire development process in a structured and efficient manner.

Frame construction
We develop custom-designed painting racks, transport, storage, and suspension systems that are precisely tailored to your manufacturing processes. By using state-of-the-art CAD software and working closely with our prototyping team, we create practical solutions that enable you to optimize the utilization of your painting capacities.
Factors such as loading time, component geometry, production volume, the coating process, and the degree of automation are directly incorporated into the design. We also take occupational safety into account with regard to ergonomics. This approach results in solutions that are technically sound, user-friendly, and cost-effective. -
Special masking
We develop custom masking solutions for both simple and complex components that are precisely tailored to your requirements. The design process is based on CAD data, drawings, or sample parts. Depending on the application, we use materials such as silicone, EPDM, FKM, or rigid plastics. For initial testing, we also produce handling samples (Link) in-house at our facility in Bad Essen on short notice.
CAD-aided development allows us to design masks with precision, ensuring reliable coverage during the painting process. This helps reduce rework and achieve reproducible coating results.
