Our product range includes a wide variety of plugs that allow you to mask holes, tapped holes, fits, metric thread sizes, countersinks, threaded studs, shafts, through-threads, weld-on nuts, and blind rivet nuts. Depending on the process, our heat-resistant plugs are used for powder coating, liquid painting, and other applications. Thanks to various shapes, materials, and a temperature resistance of up to 315°C, virtually all masking requirements can be reliably met.

If our standard products are insufficient or do not provide an optimal geometric fit for your components, we develop customized masking solutions through Emptmeyer Plus that are precisely tailored to the dimensions, contours, and process conditions of your components. We manufacture custom masking solutions from silicone, EPDM, FKM, and other heat-resistant materials. For complex geometries or short-term projects, we create prototypes using our 3D printers to quickly test and adjust molds before they enter series production.
