Our rotating devices enable controlled 360° rotation of workpieces during painting or coating. They are used to move components in a targeted manner, thereby ensuring uniform coating from all directions. Rotating devices offer a decisive advantage in the coating process, particularly for complex geometries or hard-to-reach areas.
Depending on the model, the rotating devices are free-rotating, ball-bearing mounted, or equipped with a locking function, and can be used for both continuous operation and temporary applications.
The rotating devices are used in particular for powder coating and liquid painting.

Rotation Device DV.01:
- The DV.01 rotation device features ball bearings, enabling exceptionally smooth, unrestricted rotation of workpieces. Its open design makes it versatile and easy to integrate into existing suspension systems.
- It has a load capacity of 50 kg (with a safety factor of 2). Made of galvanized steel, it is designed for industrial use and is durable.
Rotation device DV.02:
- The DV.02 rotation device features 90°-step detents, enabling precise positioning of workpieces. The closed design provides additional stability and is particularly suitable for continuous use.
- It has a load capacity of 125 kg (with a safety factor of 2). Made of stainless steel, it is particularly robust and suitable for demanding applications.
Rotation Device DV.03:
- The DV.03 rotation device rotates freely and offers improved rotational characteristics thanks to an integrated brass disc. This enables smooth and controlled movement of the components.
- It has a load capacity of 75 kg (with a safety factor of 2). Made of steel, this model is a robust solution for a wide variety of coating processes.
Rotation Device DV.04:
- The DV.04 rotation device is ball-bearing guided and enables particularly smooth, free rotation of workpieces. Its open design makes it versatile and suitable for easy integration into existing processes. Made of galvanized steel, it offers a durable and reliable solution for applications where components need to be moved during coating.
- It has a load capacity of 125 kg (with a safety factor of 2).
