Product Description

Our C-shaped coating hooks (round, flat-lying, 8 mm radius) are particularly well-suited for applications involving smaller components and confined spaces. Their smaller radius allows for compact and precise suspension during the coating process. The round design makes it easier to hook components, especially those with complex geometries or limited accessibility. Compared to square hooks, this reduces the risk of bumping into component edges during hooking. The flat design allows components to be positioned in a space-saving manner and efficiently guided through the coating process. The coating hooks are used in powder coating, wet painting, and KTL coating, among other applications. Manufactured from robust S235 JR steel, the coating hooks are designed for industrial use and are reusable multiple times. Alternative materials such as stainless steel or spring steel are available upon request.
