Our threaded sleeves are ideal for securely holding components with metric external threads in industrial coating processes. Unlike traditional painting hooks or clamping hooks, components are held directly via their existing threads. This results in a particularly stable and precise suspension. The threaded sleeves can be used flexibly and, if necessary, in combination with painting hooks to enable optimal integration into existing suspension systems. They are used in powder coating, wet painting, and KTL coating, among other applications, and ensure secure and reproducible positioning of the components. Manufactured from S235 JR steel and galvanized, the threaded sleeves are designed for industrial use and offer high stability and durability.
