The ACX adhesive hook was specifically designed to securely suspend and coat components that do not have pre-drilled holes.Through our long-standing partnership with tesa®, we have developed an innovative adhesive tape that offers exceptional strength thanks to its 0.5 mm backing thickness. This allows components to be reliably secured and safely guided through the coating process. The adhesive hook enables flexible suspension without mechanically altering the component. This is a decisive advantage, particularly for sensitive or already finished workpieces. The load capacity depends on the specific application and the size of the component. ACX adhesive hooks are heat-resistant up to 210 °C and are suitable for use in powder coating as well as liquid painting.
An overview of our three variants
Variant 1 ACX.KLEBEHAKEN.050:
With an adhesive surface measuring 50 x 50 mm, this variant is suitable for smaller and lighter components. The total length, including the mounting bracket, is 105 mm. This adhesive hook has a load capacity of 1 kg.
Variant 2 ACX.KLEBEHAKEN.040:
This version has an adhesive surface of 40 x 100 mm and is suitable for medium-sized components. The total length is 150 mm. This adhesive hook has a load capacity of 2.5 kg.
Variant 3 ACX.ADHESIVE.HOOK.100:
With a generous adhesive surface area of 100 x 100 mm, this variant is designed for larger and heavier components. The total length is also 150 mm. This adhesive hook has a load capacity of 5 kg.
