Internal Sales Representative France (m/f/d)

Part-time (20 hours per week)

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing enquiries and preparing quotations in a timely manner
  • Checking customer enquiries for technical feasibility and advising our customers on problems, product questions and prices
  • Preparing quotations at the customer's request and providing prompt follow-up
  • Researching potential new customers (online, database, magazines)
  • Communicating with our distributor
  • Handling complaints
  • Arranging collections

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training and/or initial professional experience in sales/customer service
  • Confident MS Office user skills
  • Confident French language skills
  • Technical understanding and affinity
  • You are open-minded and communicative
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Independent and customer-oriented approach to work
