Head of Internal Sales / Team Leader Order Processing (m/f/d)
Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
In this role, you will manage our internal sales team, which consists of the order processing and technical sales departments.
Your responsibilities:
- Leadership & team development:
You will lead the sales team, motivate employees, promote a positive team culture and develop individual skills in order to achieve sales targets together. - Sales processes & organisation:
You will be responsible for organising and optimising all internal sales processes, from quotation calculation and quotation preparation to dispatch, and will ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement. - Customer support & development:
You will ensure efficient, customer-oriented communication, further develop customer potential, support our distributors in export and initiate measures to promote customer loyalty. - Reporting & controlling:
You use the CRM system on a daily basis, analyse sales figures, prepare reports, identify potential and derive measures to increase sales performance. In addition, you monitor the achievement of targets in close coordination with the management.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk/wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or business studies degree (business administration, industrial engineering)
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in a technical or manufacturing company
- Demonstrable leadership experience with a structured, team-oriented approach
- Strong customer focus, negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Very good German skills, English skills required
- Trainer qualification (AEVO) an advantage
