The T20 crossbeam is a versatile painting crossbeam for industrial coating and is particularly well-suited for applications involving heavier components. With a sheet metal thickness of 1.5 mm, it is a more robust alternative to the T20 Light and offers increased load-bearing capacity for demanding applications.
The crossbeam can be used either on its own or in combination with systems such as the Flex Suspension Frame (FG.R) and can be flexibly integrated into existing rack solutions.
Protected contact points ensure reliable grounding, which promotes consistent coating quality.
The crossbeam is ideally suited for painting hooks with a wire diameter up to Ø 5 mm (max. Ø 6 mm possible) and is used in both powder coating and liquid painting.

Load capacity of the crossbar T20
The load capacity of the crossbeam depends on the specific model and the type of load. A basic distinction is made between a centered load (single-point load) and a distributed load across two points.
Notes on load capacity specifications:
- 10 newtons (N) correspond to a weight of approximately 1 kg
- Note on the safety factor (SF2): Elastic state: The mechanically load-bearing parts must be designed to withstand a static load equal to twice the load they must withstand under the intended operating conditions without suffering permanent deformation.
Depending on the variant, the following load capacity ranges apply:
Crossbar T20.0800:
- Load applied only at the center: 75 KG / 750 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 125 KG / 1250 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.0800.VA:
- Load applied only at the center: 125 KG / 1250 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 140 KG / 1400 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.1000:
- Load applied only at the center: 70 KG / 700 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 90 KG / 900 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.1000.VA:
- Load applied only at the center: 60 KG / 600 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 75 KG / 750 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.1200:
- Load applied only at the center: 50 KG / 500 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 60 KG / 600 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.1500:
- Load applied only at the center: 35 KG / 350 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 50 KG / 500 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T20.2000:
- Load applied only at the center: 20 KG / 200 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 25 KG / 250 N SF2 (Total)
