The Flex Suspension Frame (FG.R) is a key basic component of our Flex Series and enables the flexible and efficient design of paint booths.
It is designed to accommodate all crossbeams of the Flex series as well as our T10 and T20 crossbars, thereby forming the foundation for a modular suspension system. Thanks to multiple mounting levels, the frame can be optimally adapted to different part geometries and requirements.
The result: maximum utilization of the painting area and quick adaptation to changing parts or production batch sizes. As standard, the frame is supplied with an anti-rotation hook, which ensures additional stability and process reliability.
The Flex suspension frame is suitable for use in powder coating and wet painting and can be used in both manual and automated systems.

How to Protect Unused Mounting Points
Unused mounting points can be specifically protected using our cap with pull-off aid (KMA.06x25). This keeps contact surfaces free of coating and ensures the long-term functionality of the frame.
The caps are made of heat-resistant silicone and feature an integrated sealing lip that prevents liquids from penetrating. At the same time, a valve function allows for pressure equalization in cavities and simplifies the removal of the caps after coating.
