PaintExpo 2026 in Karlsruhe is now behind us. We look back on four days filled with discussions, new contacts, and in-depth insights into current topics in industrial coating.
Our booth focused in particular on CE marking and load-bearing capacity—two aspects that are becoming increasingly important in practice and play a key role in ensuring process reliability.
Direct dialogue and concrete solutions
The direct dialogue on-site was particularly valuable. Many discussions focused on specific applications and individual requirements. A highlight for us was the collaboration with our neighboring booth, Gema, where we were able to optimize a suspension solution using our wheel hooks right there on-site. Such practical situations demonstrate to us just how important personal dialogue is at trade shows.
Our focus: CE marking and load capacity
Painting hooks and racks play a central safety-critical role in coating processes. With increasing requirements for documentation and traceability, CE marking is becoming increasingly important.
Our CE-compliant painting hooks and crossbeams combine:
- tested load capacities,
- clear labeling, and
- traceable documentation
In this way, they create a reliable foundation for safe and efficient coating processes.
Load-Bearing Challenge for a Good Cause
To bring the topics of load-bearing challenges and CE markings to life, we launched a challenge at our trade show booth that attracted a lot of attention.
The task was simple:
Hold a paint hook with your arm outstretched for as long as possible. This quickly made it clear that: Load capacity is a crucial factor for safety in the coating process.
In addition, we donated €1 to the “Kleine Strolche” children’s home for every minute participants held the hook. The facility supports children in challenging life situations and offers them a safe space as well as new perspectives.
