The T30 crossbeam is a particularly sturdy painting crossbeam designed for heavy loads and is used both as the main crossbeam in coating systems and to create painting levels. Thanks to its robust construction, it is ideal for applications involving large and heavy components as well as for complex rack structures.
The crossbeam can be used as a load-bearing element within the system while also allowing for flexible integration into existing rack and suspension systems. Equipped with protected contact points, it ensures reliable grounding and supports consistent coating quality.
The crossbeam is ideally suited for painting hooks with a wire diameter of up to 10 mm (max. Ø 12 mm possible) and is used in both powder coating and liquid painting.

Load capacity of the crossbar T30
The load capacity of the crossbeam depends on the specific model and the type of load. A basic distinction is made between a centered load (single-point load) and a distributed load across two points.
Notes on load capacity specifications:
- 10 newtons (N) correspond to a weight of approximately 1 kg
- Note on the safety factor (SF2): Elastic state: The mechanically load-bearing parts must be designed to withstand a static load equal to twice the load they must withstand under the intended operating conditions without suffering permanent deformation.
Depending on the variant, the following load capacity ranges apply:
Crossbar T30.2000:
- Load applied only at the center: 225 KG / 2250 N SF2
- Load distributed across two points: 490 KG / 4900 N SF2 (Total)
Crossbar T30.3000
Test conditions:
- Lift beam secured at all three lifting eyes
- Loaded at two points between the lifting eyes
Result:
- No deformation occurs up to a load of 6,000 N (SF 2).
- If the load is applied directly beneath the lifting eyes, the hook will always give way first
Working load: 300 kg / 3,000 N SF2
Crossbar T30.4000
Test conditions:
- Crossbeam secured at all three lifting eyesn
- Loaded at two points between the outer lifting eyes
Result:
- No deformation occurs up to a load of 5,000 N (SF 2).
- If a load is applied directly beneath the lifting eyes, the hook will always give way first.
Load capacity: 250 kg / 2,500 N SF2
