Product Description

The cover caps with collars are versatile silicone masking elements designed to cover threaded bolts, axles, shafts, and similar components.
The additional collar allows both the component and the surrounding area to be covered centrally in a single step. The integrated chamfer on the collar ensures a clean edge and reduces the formation of paint-chipped edges.
This makes the caps particularly suitable for applications where, in addition to the component, adjacent surfaces are to remain specifically free of paint.
Made of heat-resistant silicone, the masking caps are suitable for use in powder coating, wet painting, cathodic electrocoating (KTL), and sandblasting.
