The cover caps (FS.AK) are designed to provide targeted protection for the square tubes in the Flex series and ensure that grounding contacts remain free of paint during the coating process.
Using the cover caps reliably seals off unnecessary mounting points. This ensures clean contact and preserves the rack’s functionality over the long term. Made of heat-resistant silicone, the cover caps are ideally suited for use in powder coating and wet painting.

Overview of both cover cap variants
The cover caps are available in two versions:
Blue cover cap – slit opening
This variant features a simple slit and is characterized by a particularly secure fit. It is ideal for applications where similar plugs are predominantly used and a secure fit is a priority.
Purple cover cap – cross-slot opening
The cross-shaped opening provides greater flexibility during use. This allows for faster changes between different insert types, such as arrowheads or square hooks. This version is particularly suitable for processes involving frequent changes in the components being inserted.
