The inserts for the painting conveyor (LKS.ES) are designed for the flexible holding of profiles and components during the painting process.
They enable precise positioning of the components and are specifically designed for use in combination with our coating rack. With two different insert variants, the system can be adapted to various profile geometries.
When used in conjunction with our cover plate (LKS.AB), clean contact is ensured and handling during the coating process is simplified.
The inserts are suitable for use in both powder coating and liquid painting.
