The Flexgehänge crossbar for mounting on both sides (FG.QT) allows for mounting on both sides, thereby ensuring particularly high utilization of the painting rack.
Thanks to the firmly welded square tubes on both sides, various insert pins can be used flexibly, allowing components to be optimally positioned and the available space to be used efficiently.
Compared to the single-sided version, the double-sided crossbar offers significantly higher component density and is particularly suitable for applications with high production volumes and consistent component geometries.
The crossbar is compatible with the Flex suspension frame (FG.R) and can be easily integrated into existing systems in the Flex series.
It is used in both powder coating and liquid painting applications.
