<tc>DZS | Double flange plugs</tc>

The thread nut plugs are specially designed silicone masking elements for covering welded-on nuts. Thanks to their design, the plugs are guided through the threaded nut, enabling secure and precise positioning. The two integrated sealing lips ensure that both chamfers and the thread are covered simultaneously.
This results in clean masking in a single step, particularly for components with welded-on nuts.
Made of heat-resistant silicone, the plugs are suitable for use in powder coating, wet painting, cathodic electrocoating (KTL), and sandblasting.
