Product Description

The “Varioflex” rack cart is a flexible solution for the gentle storage and transport of painted workpieces in industrial surface treatment.

Thanks to its adjustable tubular frame construction, the cart can be adapted to different component sizes. The width can be flexibly adjusted from 200 mm to 2,000 mm, ensuring a high degree of versatility in use.

The total of 17 inner and 17 outer support tubes on each side offer numerous storage options for workpieces. These can be removed as needed and reinserted from the rear, allowing the cart to be individually configured.

Thanks to its 4 swivel casters, the shelving cart is suitable not only for storage but also for in-plant transport. Its sturdy construction provides a load capacity of up to 400 kg with an evenly distributed load.

When not in use, the cart can be nested to save space, making it ideal for changing applications.
