Product Description

The Dirt Killer is a special paste designed to reduce dust and paint particles in drying ovens, powder coating ovens, and coating systems.

When heated, the paste develops a sticky surface, similar to a fly trap, and reliably traps airborne particles directly during the process. This prevents dust or powder from settling on the workpiece and compromising the coating quality.

Using the Dirt Killer significantly contributes to a clean oven environment and thus to flawless coating results. At the same time, cleaning efforts are reduced and the entire process becomes more efficient.

The paste is suitable for repeated use. The actual service life depends heavily on the specific operating conditions, such as dust levels, equipment size, and process intensity.

Application

Apply a thin layer of the paste to a clean and dry metal plate.
The plate is then either placed in the furnace or hung on the hanger.
For optimal results, we recommend thin aluminum plates, as they have very good thermal conductivity and are lightweight.
The frequency of application depends on the specific operating conditions, such as dust exposure and system utilization.
