With the new rotating device ( article no. DV.04 ) , we are expanding our product range with a particularly robust model for industrial coating and surface finishing . The DV.04 is designed for workpieces up to 125 kg and impresses with its stable construction, ball-bearing-guided rotation, and familiar ease of use. This ensures efficient workflows in powder coating and wet painting.
Increased load capacity with proven technology
The DV.04 is based on our DV.01 rotating device, but offers a significantly higher load capacity while maintaining the same precise function. Made of steel and subsequently galvanised, with a freely rotating bearing mechanism, it enables reliable rotary motion even with heavy components.
Practical solution for hand-held booths and systems with single-sided coating
Our rotating device are the ideal complement to manual booths, smaller coating systems , and single-sided coating systems . They facilitate the processing of components without the need to reposition them. In addition to the new DV.04, the proven models DV.01, DV.02, and DV.03 remain available – each tailored to different requirements and component sizes.
