With the launch of our Emptfluencer program, we are taking a new step in our corporate communications.
What's behind this?
Emptfluencers are employees from different departments within our company who voluntarily share insights into their daily work and offer a personal, first-hand view of their professional perspective.
Over the past few weeks, a total of eight employees have been busy preparing, defining topics, and developing initial formats. Starting today, they are publishing their first posts on LinkedIn and TikTok.
Members of the LinkedIn team are:
- Marius Lenk (Area Sales Manager, Northern Germany)
- Rezvan Coja (Area Sales Manager, Southern Germany/Switzerland)
- Pascal Sommer (Foreman in the welding shop)
- Alicia Schmudde (Marketing and Public Relations)
A special part of the project is our trainee TikTok account. Clara Preuß, Medine Yedekci, and Ayse Bakircioglu work as a team to give insights into their training and everyday work at Emptmeyer. The team is supported by Ümit Ide (strategic purchaser), who also shares content on TikTok under the name “UemitBesorgtDas.”
The reason for this step?
Because we are convinced that the most authentic insights do not come from brochures or catalogs, but directly from everyday work. Where organization takes place, ideas are born, and solutions are found together.
With our Emptfluencers, we want to make exactly that visible.
